    This product is designed to assist in helping a person stand from a sitting position only.

    Both persons using this product must have sufficient mobility, arm, and grip strength.

    To avoid slipping or sliding, please make sure that both feet have complete traction on the ground.

    Maintain grip until fully standing to prevent falling or injury.

    Do not store this device in direct sunlight or wash/dry or expose this device to temperatures exceeding 122 degrees F.

    Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.

    If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5-7 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

    Order Shipment: If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 5-7 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address provided during checkout.

    If you do not receive tracking information from us within 7 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@hftmedical.com.

    Returns and Exchanges can be initiated by emailing us at Returns@hftmedical.com to arrange a return for credit or refund. Refunds/Credits will include not include applicable shipping/freight charges. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. 

    In order to receive credit/refund, items must be returned under the following conditions:

    • Must be initiated and completed within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible

    • Must be in the original packaging

    • Must be unused and undamaged

    • Must not be a personal hygiene product. Personal hygiene products include the following but are not limited to: items used for dressing, toileting, bathing, or grooming. 

    Damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, please please send photos to Returns@hftmedical.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. 

    A 25% restocking fee will apply to all wheelchairs, canes, and walkers that are returned within 30 days of the purchase date. This does not include return shipping charges. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges depending on the product purchased. Return shipping charges are non-negotiable.

    Orders Cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, the customer will also be responsible for return shipping charges.

    We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within 30 days of your order, please email us and we will refund you the difference to the original form of payment.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. 


    To request your partial refunds simply e-mail us (returns@hftmedical.com) a link to the same product on our website, or on a competitors website within 30 days from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

    To honor our price match, your order must meet all of the following requirements to be processed:

    • You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
    • Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
    • The item must be in stock on the competitors website
    • The competitor must be an online store only (does not have a retail location)
    • The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie: Amazon, eBay, overstock, etc..)
    • The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question
    • The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax
    • The Price Match Guarantee offer must be approved by HFT Medical's team
