Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges can be initiated by emailing us at to arrange a return for credit or refund. Refunds/Credits will not include applicable shipping/freight charges. The customer is responsible for return shipping/tracking charges. 

In order to receive credit/refund, items must be returned under the following conditions:

  • Must be complete within 30 days of the purchase date

  • Must be in the original packaging

  • Must be unused and undamaged

  • Must not be a personal care/hygiene product. Personal care/hygiene products include but are not limited to: items used for dressing, toileting, bathing, or grooming. 

Damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, please make note of it when signing for delivery. All damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product. If your item(s) arrived damaged, please send photos to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. 

A 25% restocking fee will apply to all wheelchairs, canes, and walkers that are returned within 30 days.

Orders Cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for return shipping charges.
